§ 55-525.15. (Effective October 1, 2010) Penalty.

Any persons suffering losses due to the failure of the lender or thesettlement agent to cause disbursement as required by this chapter shall beentitled to recover, in addition to other actual damages, double the amountof any interest collected in violation of § 55-525.10 plus reasonableattorney fees incurred in the collection thereof.
