§ 55-525.28. (Effective October 1, 2010) Regulations and orders.

Except as provided in § 55-525.30, the appropriate licensing authority mayissue summonses, subpoenas, rules, regulations, and orders, includingeducational requirements, consistent with and necessary to carry out theprovisions of this chapter.
