§ 55-46. How estate of a married woman to pass at death.

When a married woman, having title to any estate, dies intestate, as to suchestate, or any part thereof, it, or such part, shall pass according to theprovisions of Chapter 1 (§ 64.1-1 et seq.) of Title 64.1, subject to herdebts.
