§ 55-544.23. Powers of courts not impaired by §§ 55-544.18 through 55-544.22;severability.

Nothing in §§ 55-544.18 through 55-544.22 shall impair the power of a courtof competent jurisdiction with respect to any such foundation or trust, andthe invalidity of any one or more of such sections shall not be deemed toaffect the validity of the other sections.
