§ 55-79.20. Waiver of initial inspection.

The Board may waive initial inspection when in its opinion, a preliminary orfinal public report can be substantially drafted and issued from the contentsof the questionnaire and other or subsequent inquiries. Failure of the Boardto notify the developer of its intent to inspect his project within ten daysafter notification of intention is properly filed pursuant to §§ 55-79.16 and55-79.17 will be construed a waiver of such inspection.
