§ 55-79.24. Subsequent investigations by Board; reports.

If, after a final or substitute public report has been issued, the Boardshall deem it necessary to conduct further inquiries or investigations inorder to protect the general public in its real estate transactions, theBoard may issue a supplementary public report describing the findingsthereof. Upon the issuance of a supplementary public report, it shall be theduty of the developer to issue a true copy thereof to all purchasers.
