§ 55-79.26. Notice by developer of change in project.

It is unlawful for the developer of the project, after it is submitted to theBoard, to materially change the setup or value or use of such offeringwithout first notifying the Board in writing of such intended change andsubstantially notifying all purchasers and prospective purchasers of suchchange.
