55-79.30 - Enjoining violations.

§ 55-79.30. Enjoining violations.

Whenever the Board believes from satisfactory evidence that any person hasviolated any of the provisions of §§ 55-79.16 to 55-79.29, or the rules andregulations of the Board made pursuant thereto, it may conduct aninvestigation on such matter, and bring an action in the name of the peopleof the Commonwealth of Virginia in any court of competent jurisdictionagainst such person to enjoin such person from continuing such violation orengaging therein or doing any act or acts in furtherance thereof.
