§ 55-79.31. Fees credited to special fund; expenditure.

All fees collected under this chapter shall be remitted by the Board to theTreasurer of this Commonwealth, and shall be placed to the credit of thespecial fund of the Real Estate Board, which is hereby established and shallbe expended solely for compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
