§ 55-79.33. Supplemental rules and regulations by planning and zoningcommissions.

Whenever they deem it proper, the planning and zoning commission of anycounty or municipality may adopt supplemental rules and regulations notinconsistent with general law governing a horizontal property regimeestablished under this chapter in order to implement this program.
