§ 55-79.65. Easement to facilitate conversion and expansion.

Subject to any restrictions and limitations the condominium instruments mayspecify, the declarant shall have a transferable easement over and on thecommon elements for the purpose of making improvements on the submitted landand any additional land pursuant to the provisions of those instruments andof this chapter, and for the purpose of doing all things reasonably necessaryand proper in connection therewith.
