§ 55-79.66. Easement to facilitate sales.

The declarant and his duly authorized agents, representatives, and employeesmay maintain sales offices and/or model units on the submitted land if andonly if the condominium instruments provide for the same and specify therights of the declarant with regard to the number, size, location, andrelocation thereof. Any such sales office or model unit which is notdesignated a unit by the condominium instruments shall become a commonelement as soon as the declarant ceases to be a unit owner, and the declarantshall cease to have any rights with regard thereto unless such sales officeor model unit is removed forthwith from the submitted land in accordance witha right reserved in the condominium instruments to make such removal.
