§ 55-79.93. Annual report by declarant; termination of registration.

The declarant shall file a report in the form prescribed by the regulationsof the agency within thirty days of each anniversary date of the orderregistering the condominium. The report shall reflect any material changes ininformation contained in the original application for registration.

In the event that the annual report reveals that all of the units in thecondominium have been disposed of, and that all periods for conversion orexpansion have expired, the agency shall issue an order terminating theregistration of the condominium.
