§ 55-79.96. Declarant to deliver declaration, etc., to purchaser.

The declarant shall within ten days of recordation of the condominiuminstruments as provided for in §§ 55-79.45 and 55-79.49 hereof, forward toeach purchaser at his last known address by first-class mail, return receiptrequested, an exact copy of the recorded declaration and bylaws.
