§ 55-79.97:2. Properties subject to more than one declaration.

If the unit is subject to more than one declaration, the unit owners'association or its common interest community manager may charge the feeauthorized by § 55-79.97:1 for each of the applicable associations, providedhowever, that no association may charge an inspection fee unless theassociation has architectural control over the unit.
