§ 55-142.15. Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and NationalCommerce Act.

To the extent allowed by law, this Act modifies, limits, and supersedes thefederal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C.§ 7001, et seq.) but does not modify, limit, or supersede § 101(c) of thatAct (15 U.S.C. § 7001(c)) or § 104 of that Act (15 U.S.C. § 7004), orauthorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in § 103(b) ofthat Act (15 U.S.C. § 7003(b)).
