§ 55-142.2. Certification of notices and certificates.

Certification of notices of tax liens, certificates or other noticesaffecting federal liens by the Secretary of the Treasury of the United Statesor his delegate or by any official or entity of the United States responsiblefor filing or certifying notice of any lien other than a tax lien, entitlesthem to be filed and no other attestation, certification, or acknowledgmentis necessary.
