§ 56-22. Change of course of railroad, etc., to avoid crossings.

If any public service corporation desires that the course of any otherrailroad, turnpike, canal, or other works shall be changed to avoid thenecessity of any crossing, or frequent crossings of the same, the change maybe made in such manner and on such terms as may be agreed on by the companydesiring the change, and the company, person, or county owning or havingcharge of the works to be affected by such change.
