§ 56-265.13:2. Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

"Commission" shall mean the "State Corporation Commission."

"Service" shall mean any product or commodity furnished by a small water orsewer utility, as well as its equipment, apparatus, appliances and facilitiesdevoted to the functions in which that utility is engaged to the use andaccommodation of the public.
