56-265.18 - Notification requirements.

§ 56-265.18. Notification requirements.

Every notice served by any person on a notification center shall contain thefollowing information:

1. The name of the individual serving such notice.

2. The specific location of the proposed work. In the event a specificdescription of the location of the excavation cannot be given, the personproposing to excavate or demolish shall comply with subsection E of §56-265.17.

3. The name, address, telephone number, and telefacsimile number ifavailable, of the excavator or demolisher, to whom notification can be given.

4. The excavator's or demolisher's field telephone number, if one isavailable.

5. The type and extent of the proposed work.

6. The name of the person for whom the proposed work is being performed.
