§ 56-265.29. Other similar laws.
Compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall not exempt any operatoror person from the operation of any other applicable laws, ordinances,regulations, or rules of governmental and regulatory authorities havingjurisdiction, unless exempted by such other laws, ordinances, regulations, orrules as a result of such compliance.
