§ 56-233. Service defined.

The term "service" is used in this chapter in its broadest and mostinclusive sense and includes not only the use and quality of accommodationsafforded consumers or patrons, but also any product or commodity furnished byany public utility and equipment, apparatus, appliances and facilitiesdevoted to the purposes in which such public utility is engaged and to theuse and accommodation of the public.
