§ 56-236. Public utilities required to file, etc., schedules of rates andcharges; rules and regulations.

Every public utility shall be required to file with the Commission and tokeep open to public inspection schedules showing rates and charges, eitherfor itself, or joint rates and charges between itself and any other publicutility. Every public utility shall file with, and as a part of, suchschedules, copies of all rules and regulations that in any manner affect therates charged or to be charged.
