§ 56-236.2. Suspension of service to sewerage system.

No public utility furnishing heat, light or power to a sewerage system, afterreceiving notice pursuant to § 56-261 or § 56-265.11:1 from the personoperating such system, may suspend service for nonpayment without giving atleast ten days' advance notice in writing to the Commission and the Directorof the Department of Environmental Quality.
