§ 56-241.2. Approval of rates for resale of telephone service.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 56-241.1, the Commission may approve amandatory tariff based only on the number of calls for any telephone companyif such tariff is limited to the rates charged for the resale of localbusiness service or for the providing of coin telephone service by a personother than the telephone company.
