56-243 - Duration of such temporary reduction.
§ 56-243. Duration of such temporary reduction.
No temporary order made under § 56-242 shall remain in force or effect for alonger period than nine months from its effective date, and a further periodnot to exceed three months in addition if so ordered by the Commission.
