§ 56-249. Reports by utilities.

The Commission, with or without an investigation, may require any publicutility to furnish to it in such form, at such times, and in such detail asthe Commission shall require, such accounts, reports and other information ofwhatsoever kind or character as it may deem proper and in such form anddetail as it may prescribe, in order to show completely the entire operationof the public utility in furnishing the unit of its product or service to thepublic.
