§ 56-249.2. Certain records to be maintained.

All public utilities doing business in this State shall, on and after January1, 1977, or the beginning of the next fiscal year of the public utility aftersuch date, maintain all records necessary to prepare and submit annually arate of return statement reflecting that part of its total business underregulation of the Commission.
