§ 56-261.1. Duties of water and sewerage companies in certain counties.

Chapter 298 of the Acts of 1950, approved April 4, 1950, requiring water andsewerage companies in any county adjoining a county having a population inexcess of 2,000 per square mile, to furnish a supply of water sufficient forhealth and fire protection, is incorporated in this Code by this reference.
