56-413.01 - Locomotive and rail car standards.
§ 56-413.01. Locomotive and rail car standards.
All locomotives and rail cars operating over the tracks of a railroad companyare subject to Federal Railroad Administration jurisdiction and shall bemaintained in accordance with federal standards. Locomotives designed withspark arrestors shall be cleaned and maintained on a regularly scheduledbasis.
