§ 56-446. Information to State Corporation Commission; penalty.

Every railroad company in this Commonwealth shall, at all times, on request,furnish to the State Corporation Commission any information required by itconcerning the track and ancillary facilities or operation of the road, orany other report lawfully required by the Commission and particularly copiesof all of its timetables upon such road and other roads with which itsbusiness is connected. Copies of information provided to federal agencies areacceptable. Any railroad willfully refusing or failing to furnish any suchinformation in compliance with a Commission order or who willfully orunlawfully hinders, delays, or obstructs the Commission in the discharge ofthe duties imposed upon it by the Constitution, or by law, shall, in thediscretion of the Commission, be fined not less than $10 nor more than$1,000. Each day of such refusal, hindrance, delay, or obstruction shall beconsidered a separate offense. Fine amounts are to be specified in the order.
