§ 56-461. Cost to Commonwealth in connection with construction of line to bepaid by company.

The actual costs and expenses of the Commonwealth in the investigation by theCommonwealth Transportation Board of the application of any company for apermit, and in the supervision of the construction or installation of any ofthe works of the company, under the provisions of this chapter, shall beborne by such company, and paid before commencing the use of any road orstreet in either state highway system, under any permit of the CommonwealthTransportation Board, under the provisions of this chapter, which sum shallbe paid into the state treasury to the credit of the state highway fund.
