§ 56-465. Preceding sections subject to repeal or change at pleasure.

The preceding sections of this chapter and also §§ 56-466, 56-467 and 56-484shall be subject to repeal, alteration, or modification, and the rights andprivileges acquired thereunder shall be subject to revocation or modificationby the General Assembly at its pleasure.
