§ 56-482.1. Reports required of interexchange telephone companies.

Each interexchange telephone company shall provide to the Commission in atimely manner any report or information concerning its usage of localexchange telephone services and facilities required under the effectiveaccess charge tariffs or schedules of a local exchange telephone company. TheCommission shall prescribe rules and regulations to effectuate the purpose ofthis section.
