§ 56-484.25. Exemption for certain counties.

Notwithstanding any provision of this article to the contrary, the provisionsof §§ 56-484.22 and 56-484.23 shall not apply with respect to any multilinetelephone system located in a county that is not served by an enhanced 9-1-1service system, until the later to occur of (i) 120 days after the date anenhanced 9-1-1 service system for the county commences operating or (ii) July1, 2009.
