§ 56-484.3. Powers of Commission not restricted; rules and regulations.

Nothing in this article shall restrict or alter the power of the Commissionto change service areas on its own, on petition of any telephone company, oron petition of any subscriber. The Commission shall promulgate all rules andregulations necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter.
