56-541 - Eminent domain.
§ 56-541. Eminent domain.
The power of eminent domain shall not be exercised by the operator for thepurpose of acquiring any lands or estates or interests therein, nor any otherproperty used by the operator for the construction or enlargement of aroadway pursuant to this chapter.
