§ 56-575.18. Auditor of Public Accounts.

The Auditor of Public Accounts shall periodically review interim andcomprehensive agreements entered into pursuant to this chapter to ensurecompliance with the provisions of this chapter. Copies of the agreements andsupporting documents must be electronically filed with the Auditor of PublicAccounts. Electronic agreements shall be made available in the onlinedatabase maintained pursuant to § 30-133.
