56-572 - Dedication of assets.

§ 56-572. Dedication of assets.

The responsible public entity shall terminate the private entity's authorityand duties under this chapter on the date set forth in the interim orcomprehensive agreement. Upon termination, the authority and duties of theprivate entity under this chapter shall cease, and the qualifyingtransportation facility shall be dedicated to the responsible public entityor, if the qualifying transportation facility was initially dedicated by anaffected jurisdiction, to such affected local jurisdiction for public use.
