§ 56-63. Appeal from decision of Commission on issuance of securities.

The public service company making any application under § 56-60 may have thedecision or order of the Commission reviewed on appeal to the Supreme Courtin the same manner and by the same procedure as any other order, action, ordecision of the Commission, when the public service company shall deem suchdecision or order to be in any respect or manner improper, unjust orunreasonable.
