§ 56-86. Appeal from decisions of Commission under chapter.

Any public service company or affiliated interest or any other interestedcorporation, partnership, association or person, or the Commonwealth, deemingany decision or order of the Commission, rendered or entered under theprovisions of this chapter, and being final in its general character withrespect to any such company, interest, corporation, partnership, association,person, or the Commonwealth, to be in any respect or manner improper, unjustor unreasonable, may appeal the same to the Supreme Court in the same mannerand by the same procedure as provided by law for review of any other decisionor order of the Commission.
