§ 56-231.18. Name of other corporations not to include term "electriccooperative" or "utility consumer services cooperative.".

The words "electric cooperative" or "utility consumer servicescooperative" shall not be used in the corporate name of corporations otherthan (i) those subject to the provisions of this chapter, (ii) nonstockcorporations of which cooperatives are members, and (iii) corporations, allof the stock of which is owned by cooperatives.
