§ 56-231.45. Officers.

The officers of a cooperative shall consist of a president, vice-president,secretary and treasurer who shall be elected annually by the board and suchother officers as may be designated by the board of directors. No personshall hold any offices unless that person is a director or employee of thecooperative. The offices of secretary and treasurer may be held by the sameperson. Any officer may be removed from office and a successor elected orappointed in accordance with such cooperative's bylaws.
