§ 58.1-212. Office of Tax Commissioner; sessions and investigations elsewhere.

The office of the Tax Commissioner shall be in the City of Richmond andsuitable space shall be provided by the Governor for its offices. The TaxCommissioner, however, may hold sessions and conduct investigations andhearings at any other place when necessary for the proper performance of theduties prescribed by law.
