§ 58.1-2241. Informational returns of motor fuel transporters.

A motor fuel transporter shall file a monthly informational return with theCommissioner.

The return required by this section is due by the twentieth day of the secondmonth following the month covered by the return. The return shall contain thefollowing information and any other information required by the Commissioner:

1. The name and address of each person from whom the transporter receivedmotor fuel outside Virginia for delivery in Virginia, the amount of motorfuel received, the date the motor fuel was received, and the destinationstate of the fuel; and

2. The name and address of each person from whom the transporter receivedmotor fuel in Virginia for delivery outside Virginia, the amount of motorfuel delivered, the date the motor fuel was delivered, and the destinationstate of the fuel.
