§ 58.1-2506. Reports to the Commission.

Every company subject to the provisions of this chapter shall, on or beforeMarch 1 of each year, report under oath to the Commission, upon forms to befurnished or approved by and in such detail as may be prescribed by theCommission, the direct gross premium income derived from its business in theCommonwealth during the preceding year ending December 31.
