§ 58.1-2509. Certain other provisions not affected by chapter.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect or apply to the lawproviding that the expenses of maintaining the division or bureau of theCommission which administers the insurance laws of the Commonwealth shall bepaid by the insurance companies doing business therein, and the law providingthat the expense of keeping the bonds deposited with the State Treasurershall be paid by the insurance company depositing such bonds.
