§ 58.1-2642. Amendments to declaration.

An amendment to a declaration may be filed in any interval betweeninstallment dates prescribed for the taxable year, but only one amendment maybe filed in each such interval. Such amendments shall be filed pursuant toregulations prescribed by the Commission.
