§ 58.1-2671. Setting for hearing and notice to adverse parties.

Upon the filing of any such application, the Commission shall fix a time andplace at which it will hear such testimony with reference thereto as any ofthe parties may desire to introduce and the applicant shall cause a copy ofthe application and notice of the time and place of the hearing to be servedupon the company or corporation or the Commonwealth and each county, city andtown whose revenue is, or may be, affected thereby, at least ten days priorto the day set for the hearing.
