§ 58.1-2682. District boundaries to be furnished company and Commission.

The commissioner of the revenue, or person performing the duties of suchofficer, of any county set forth in § 58.1-2680 in which a public servicecorporation or other person with property assessed pursuant to this chapterowns property, shall furnish, in like manner as is provided in this chapterto the Commission, the Department and to each public service corporation orother person with property assessed pursuant to this chapter owning propertyin such county subject to local taxation, the boundaries of each district insuch county in which any local tax is or may be levied.
